This flavor was inspired by one of our favorite childhood deserts, strawberry rhubarb pie, but reimagined into a 5-layer dessert with a unique Talenti twist. We start with a delicious strawberry gelato made with fresh strawberries, followed by buttery shortbread pieces, a rich strawberry rhubarb sauce layered with another layer of strawberry gelato, and then a final layer of shortbread pieces.
